Your overwhelming fears of specific objects, tasks, or situations are getting in the way of the life you want to lead and isolating you from others.
How I Help:
Similar to treating another anxiety disorders, we work together to differentiate between functional and unproductive anxiety in regards to your phobias, identify and challenge beliefs that enhance your phobias, build skills to tolerate distressing sensations from your phobias, and intentionally expose yourself to your phobias to build confidence in facing them and desensitize yourself to them.
