Negative Self Talk

What it looks like:

You are by far your worst critic and speak to yourself in a way you would never speak to others. Your brain constantly highlights perceived flaws, questions your abilities, and sometimes tricks you by disguising this internal criticism as motivation. This negative internal dialogue takes its toll, evoking feelings of anxiety, depression, and inadequacy.

Together we work to challenge deeply held core beliefs about yourself that distort your self-perception, build mindfulness-based skills to create separation between you and your negative internal dialogue, and strengthen your ability to rewrite negative mental scripts and replace them with positive ones.
