Your emotions run the show and managing them feels impossible. They go from 0 to 100 instantaneously, causing you to betray your values and straining relationships at home, work, or school.


How I Help:

Together we build emotional regulation skills based in the ancient yet evidence-based concept of mindfulness. The goal is not to stop feeling emotions, but to learn to decipher what they are communicating without letting them push you into making choices you later regret.
