What it looks like:

You’re facing challenges specific to being a part of the queer community such as fears of coming out, relationship strains after coming out, shame or guilt about your sexual or gender identity, navigating systemic oppression and microaggressions as a queer person, or managing symptoms of complex trauma.


How I Help:

Together we work to grieve losses and injustices that may arise from living your truth, rewrite personal narratives that cause feelings of shame, build self-advocacy and radical acceptance skills, and identify what you need and what steps need to be taken to create a life of meaning.
