What it looks like:
You can’t shake the feeling that you are flawed and undeserving of connections with others. These beliefs keep you from building strong relationships which can cause loneliness and perpetuate even deeper shame.
How I Help:
Together we work to understand what beliefs and cultural forces cause you to feel ashamed and challenge their validity. Since vulnerability with others is an antidote to shame, we also build skills to express vulnerability effectively and identify actionable steps to create communities where you feel safe and accepted as your authentic self.
