Depression
What it looks like:
You persistently experience feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or worthlessness. You may have lost interest in things that usually spark joy and excitement and/or feel more tired, irritable, or struggle to concentrate. In extreme cases, you may be even fantasize about no longer existing. These feelings impact relationships, work, school, and daily functioning such as eating or sleeping.
How I Help:
We work together to challenge unhelpful narratives that contribute to your depression, learn the art of acceptance to reduce suffering, identify and execute behavioral changes that reduce depressive symptoms and create a more meaningful life based on your values.
